Dan Crawford

SVP, Managing Director

Dan serves as NexTier Wealth Management’s Chief Investment Officer. He chairs the Investment Strategy Group and is also responsible for managing the trust and investment service team of 11 professionals. Dan worked most recently as a team leader at a large wealth management organization, where he was responsible for managing $1 billion for high-net-worth clients. He has more than 20 years of investment experience, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and an MBA in finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He currently is a member of the CFA Society of Pittsburgh. When Dan is not focused on managing money, he enjoys spending time with his family and, in particular, coaching soccer for his boys. Dan is an avid reader with a penchant for history books.

Andrew Seibert

VP, Portfolio Manager

Andrew has more than 20 years of portfolio management experience. He has worked as a portfolio manager to individually manage total assets of more than $640 million. He also team-managed approximately $950 million for individual and corporate trust accounts, pension and profit sharing plans, endowments and foundations, as well as individual retirement accounts. His experience includes previous positions with Lehman Brothers and National City Wealth Management). He also teaches courses at Pittsburgh universities in finance, economics, international investments and international economics. He holds an MBA from Point Park University and a BS in Finance and Economics from Indiana University of PA.

Jamie Lefever

VP, Business Development Officer

Jamie brings 28 years of experience to NexTier. She began her career with PFC Bank in New Bethlehem, which became S&T Bank through acquisition. While there, she worked as MIS Coordinator and Community Retail Sales Manager. Most recently, she was VP and Trust Administrator in the Wealth Management Department.

Jamie has a strong commitment to community leadership and is a board member of the Clarion County Economic Development Corp., Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the DuBois Free Medical Clinic; a member of the DuBois Rotary Club; president of the Software Alliance National Users Group; and committee member of the Redbank Valley/Clarion chamber golf outing.

Mark Lumley

VP, Team Leader

Trust administration is a perfect fit for Mark. His attention to detail, discipline, and passion for doing what’s right are exactly the reasons why our trust clients hire us as fiduciaries. With more than 20 years in trust and estate administration and taxation, Mark brings unique insight and incredible experience to serving as team leader and manager of trust operations and administration. He holds a certificate in accounting and is a graduate of the National Trust School at Northwestern University. Outside of his work for NexTier clients, Mark is busy with his family and softball.

Howie Pentony

VP, Financial Advisor

Howie has been a registered investment representative for 32 years and his career has focused primarily on retirement planning, design and management. He can provide investment advice and guidance in securities, investment advisory matters, and insurance. His professional registrations and licenses include: Series 7 - General Securities Representative License; Series 63 - Uniform Securities State Agent License; Series 8 - Branch Manager; Series 31 - Uniform Combined State Law Examination Series 66. He also holds a life insurance license and is appointed with several companies. Howie was the Branch Manager of the Legg Mason office in Butler for 12 years. An avid hunter, Howie is also invested in the pursuit of wild game and has frequented the western states -- from Alaska to New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho -- to pursue his hobby.

Mae Davis

AVP, Trust Administration

Mae’s even demeanor and reassuring voice are certainly the result of her 25 years of experience in financial services. She is a 12-year NexTier veteran, working with business owners and their employees to select, implement, and manage their retirement plan. Underneath that outward calm, however, is a genuine competitive spirit. Mae has held the title of PA state water skiing champion for several years, and is equally adept on snow. Before joining the NexTier team, Mae worked in the retirement plan unit for a large insurance company and held administrative and technical positions for an actuarial firm. Mae is a Certified Retirement Service Professional.

Pamela Howryla

AVP, Wealth Management Coordinator

Pamela’s work in wealth management spans two continents. A native of England, Pamela worked for Lloyds Bank in Devon, England before joining the NexTier team. Besides setting her NexTier associates straight about “real” football, Pamela’s role at NexTier is a broad one, including investment research and portfolio administration. She is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of other NexTier services to wealth management clients. Pamela holds NASD Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and a Pennsylvania insurance license. She is a certified paraplanner and Chartered Mutual Fund counselor designee. Pamela and her husband live in the Ford City area.

Tina Wright

Assistant Trust Officer

Tinna is a master at serving customers when it comes to the administration of trusts. Her credentials include being a graduate of the PA Bankers Association Central Atlantic School of Trust & Investment Management at Bucknell University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College. Tinna owns two Boykin Spaniels, but you can often find a third canine at her home. That’s when she is nursing a dog to health as a foster caregiver through her volunteer work with the Boykin Spaniels Rescue League organization. Tinna is also a lifelong Butler County resident.
